In the early ’80s, Agatha Nord and her husband transformed a run-of-the-mill racquetball club in Eureka, California into a full-service health and fitness club. Although the club was opened with a large focus on racquetball it has quickly grown to encompass many of the latest trending fitness activities. Over the years, Agatha has always believed that fitness is the key to well being both emotionally and physically.

Our goal is to provide a welcoming family-friendly gym with a personable staff that knows our members by names. The gym is locally owned and operated by family and friends and the early years were true sweat equity in every sense of the word. The key difference between us and other gyms is our attentive focus on improving the fitness experience for our members. Whether we are upgrading/maintaining equipment or adding the latest trends in fitness our goal is to keep members engaged.
