This workout involves a warm up, full body work out and a cool down routine.

  • Warm Up Routine (Repeat 4 Times)

    • High Knees (30 seconds)
    • Move Lower Band to Hands Overhead and Squat and Pull Down to one side and alternate (30 seconds)
    • Wall Sit (optional: add band on arms and stretch open) (30 seconds)
  • Clam Shell Right Side (25 reps) – Laying on your right side, keep your heels together if possible and perform 25 reps.

  • Clam Shell Left Side (25 reps) – Laying on your left side, keep your heels together if possible and perform 25 reps.

  • Leg Over (25 reps) – Laying on your back, add band on your arms and open your legs while stretching your arm bands for 25 reps.

  • Doggie Hips Right Side (25 reps) – On your knees and hands, hips aligned, keep your head up, lift your back right leg, only one band in the lower position as shown above and perform 25 reps.

  • Doggie Hips Left Side (25 reps) – On your knees and hands, hips aligned, keep your head up, lift your back left leg, only one band in the lower position as shown above and perform 25 reps.

  • Child’s Pose (30 seconds) – After the previous exercise enter child’s pose to stretch out your body
